hi,

i went shopping today & got a fabulous red leather jacket @ a great price & while I was there I realized that I still had the desire for tempura that I have been wanting for about a month. it just never seemed to be the 'right' time to have it. either i wasn't hungry when i was near it or i had the desire but didn't want to go out of my way for it. sooooooo, after all that time today i was finally hungry & I was in the right place to have it. i had it & i found out that i don't even like it anymore. i had forgotten how greasy it could be. i ate it but i probably won't get any more cravings for it now. funny how our tastes change once we start allowing ourselves to have whatever we want. the thought crossed my mind while I was eating it that i wish i had ordered a salad instead. ; ) ; )

Way to go! Amazing how our bodies will guide us if we can just get out of the way, isn't it?
