Guest guest
Had my annual Celiac Check up with my new GI... labs came back good he said he doesn't need to see me again until next year unless I have any problems or concerns. I've been feeling good, blood tests were all good. I told him about a few accidental glutenings that didn't last long and he said I'm right on track. And he said not to worry about those as long as I maintain the diet as I have and don't have any problems. While I was waiting for him to come into the exam room I was reading a framed news article about him and using the pill cam (in 2002) it specifically mentioned him saying it helped get a better picture of what was going on in patients with conditions such as Celiac Disease and went on to define the disease. Seeing references around the office to CD is very reassuring. :-) in VA
