Not the day 3 induction type tired (spaghetti muscles) but the no energy tired. Now when something INTERFERES WITH MY EXERCISE then I get upset, exercise being my priority. 1. Upped my carbs yesterday (to all of 18) and gained a pound. 2. Drink plenty of water, so dehydration is not the cause. I am talking over 200 0z ounces a day. 3. Take my supplements faithfully. 4.
