Fellow Insurance victim,

Cleverly worded clauses in insurance contracts will surly be the death

of us all. My insurance WLS is a covered benefit. The policy is so

restricted that in essence all but a very few are covered. I needed a

lawyer and I am still waiting for a reply.

How to get your Iron up is not an easy process, it does take time but

you can try the following things. Eat liver and lots of it, liver

and other organs have a high iron count. If you have any iron pots

start cooking on them (you can find iron pots in camping stores) there

are frying pans, and dutch ovens funny as it is they are a source of

iron. Go to your doctor and get iron shots, they will inject it into

your arm and it will bypass your stomach. Double your vitamins with

iron supplements. Just my opinion. It is best to see your doctor to

make sure you are not taking too much iron.

Best of luck

Teri

Oh crud, Sherry... That rots. I'm sorry for you and know you're

disappointed. We all share in that. On the other hand, I am surprised

how fast time has been flying these past few months. Three months will

go by rapidly, I think. Maybe you can do some things to prepare during

this time and enjoy the holidays. That's one thing I will have to

forsake this year, and believe me it's not easy, being the main hub for

my big family ever since my mom passed away. Cheer up, hon. Keep

looking straight ahead, it will happen!

I forgot to say that I had anemia when I was pregnant and was told to

take Slow Fe, available over the counter at the drug store. It wasn't

long before that condition was resolved, and I hope the same for you,

Sherr.

Dear Sherry,

I can certainly understand how frustrating this whole thing must be for you.

A thought does occur to me though, everything happens at the right time.

There are many reasons unknown to us why the Universe changes our timelines

and they are all for our own good, I truly believe this. Patience, dear,

your turn is coming up shortly and you will make it here to the other side!

I hope that you got some really good advice about your anemia! I have you

in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs,

Liz
