Guest guest Posted January 1, 2004 Report Share Posted January 1, 2004 I know I said my first WW meeting was Jan. 8, but today I started back on the plan. Nope I didn't say the " D " word. Let me know if I'm doing this right, but I printed out the handy journal using the program someone uploaded here. Thank you! I plan to journal anything that hits my mouth to track how much eating is involved. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of June so this should be a goal fairly easy to suceed at. Nothing like making a goal, I think, to help make you feel sucessful. Also, my real goal is to lose just 10 pounds to see if it will improve my back and leg problems. The doctor doesn't want to do an MRI but if things don't improve, I suspect an MRI will be scheduled. My secondary (and not the primary goal) is lose 10 pounds so my clothes fit better. I bought some very nice clothing while I was working and most of the stuff is getting a tad tight. I'd love to wear them again. Finally, hubby plans to take me on my first cruise and we are heading to Alaska. I'd love to be in good enough shape to walk, explore and take lots of photos. Enough for now. Happy New Year!
