With more veggies...Phase 1 Day 3 (yesterday)

So, I tried to work in a few more veggies yesterday than I had been.

Still is very hard, but I'm working on it. I actually tried some

Summer Squash...kind gross but the 1 tbsp shredded cheese made it

better.

Here we go!

Breakfast:

2 hard boiled eggs

2 stalks celery with 2 tbsp natural peanutbutter

Snack:

1 Cheese Stick

Spicy V8

Lunch:

Leftover Mom's Chili (recipe in files I think) with hamburger,

kidney beans, chunks of onions & peppers, tomatoes all in it

10 cherry tomatoes on the side

1 sf jello

Snack:

non fat plain yogurt sweetened with powdered jello (peach)

Dinner:

Chicken parmesean (no skin or breading) homemade sauce with chunky

tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic

Ok, so here is where I tried the Summer Squash and I sauted it in a

bit of olive oil and garlic - topped with 1 tbsp of the cheese from

the chicken parmesean - I choked down about 3/4 cup of them.

Side salad - mixed greens (no iceberg), cucumbers, peppers, red

cabbage, red onions

Dessert:

1 fudgicle
