Guest guest
Kathy, On a more serious note... I am a woman of large size as well and I have found that I was not getting enough food in and I really think that is what was hindering my loss for a few weeks. are you getting in at least about 2000 calories a day and 130 gms of protein? If you are 260??? You should be sure to get enough calories to not go into starvation mode.... you may already know this, but just checking to see if we can help find out what is going on with you.... personally for me... I was so used to the "old thinking" that my meats were being eaten with a simple salad and there werent near enough fats in my diet.. when I turened that around I started dropping pretty well..... do you know what your caloric intake is approx??? Hugs, -----Original Message-----PLEASE!!!!! send that fairy...LOL I would get down on my knees, and kiss the sweaty socks that coveredyour feet (and feel HONORED to do so) if I could just get on the scalestomorrow morning and weigh 259!!!! Guest guest
I checked my fitday reports and it seems that everything is in order... 1860 to 2200 calories, good fat/protein etc. I have tried to increase my food intake over the past several days, even added snacks (I really am not hungry for them)My carb count is running about 35-45. I actually have been experiencing some mild indigestion, but since it is not major I figured that I would keep on and then either this weekend or next Monday start back on induction and see if that helps. Thanks for caring! And many thanks for the fairies... Now if they remembered to bring their " dust " ... If you, or anyone else has any ideas, please share them. I know that I feel so much better that I won't give up this WOL, I just want the darn scale or tape measure to MOVE!!! --- wrote: > Kathy, > On a more serious note... Guest guest
Hmmmmmmm... I am stumped here too unless you are perhaps one of those people who has to stay under 30 gms of carbs a day to keep loosing.... I think that is what I am going to find with me....... either that or you may have to some time think of trying the elimination diet to find an intolerance food that is perhaps stalling your weight loss.... Going back to induction levels for a while sounds like a good place to start though! I will be anxious to find out how it goes for you... my heart really goes out to you and your struggle in this and I really admire your tenacity to stick with it!!! BIG SUPPORTFUL HUGS!!!!! -----Original Message----- I checked my fitday reports and it seems that everything is in order... 1860 to2200 calories, good fat/protein etc.Monday start back on induction and see if that helps. Thanks for caring! Guest guest
Or mine...5 pounds on each one. I really liked the burgerhips cartoon. Marty Re: WOW If I remember Physics correctly, matter is never lost or destroyed, it merely changes form, so 5 pounds off your hips would most likely make it onto mine.... Guest guest
Excellent advice, Kristie! I was walking around the school going crazy. I want to go to the snack machine and buy a bag of peanuts and a diet Pepsi. I decided to check my support group first. I'm glad I did. I'd forgotten that I had bought pepperoni slices and put them in the refrig. I'm on my way to the micro. -------- update: Breakfast: (From Kroger's Deli) 2 cheese omelets, five or six (I forgot to count) pieces of bacon, 2 small sausages, water Lunch: 2 medium pieces of baked bass, 1/2 mixed salad (from 's), water, Snack: Several pieces of micro pepperoni and 1-8oz glass of protein drink. How am I doing? Any " red " flags gang? Deb __________________________________________________
