Keri, it is understandable that you haven't been around as much, things happen.

Don't worry about it. (though we miss you) Yeah, my bladder is still a mess. It

can be very upsetting at times and being pg, I am sure isn't helping. (with the

uterus pushing on the bladder) After the baby, I am going to have to demand to

have something done, it will have been a year than and something just is not

right.

How are you doing? How is Heath? Take care of yourself.

Keri, I will definitely keep you both in my prayers. I am sorry to hear about

Heath. It is hard to help someone when they will not really talk about their

feelings, it makes you feel so helpless. Just keep trying to talk to him, maybe

he will open up some. I think guys have a really hard time opening up. You

both have been through alot and love each other, I believe in time you will be

ok.

As for school, I just finished, for the summer, last night and I think I did

pretty good. Thanks for asking.

You and Heath take care and I will be thinking of you both.

, thank you so much for your kind words. Maybe your right, Maybe me and

Heath will be o.k. We just have so much going on, and I think it is stressing us

out and we miss Trooper. I just wish there was something I could do to help. I

don't want to nag him.Maybe your right, maybe I should just keep asking, and

eventually he will open up. I am just afraid that I will make things worse.

Thank you for your prayers, I think that is just what we both need.----Keri

Keri, I can understand you being alittle afraid because you don't want him to

think you are just nagging him...but just give him gentle reminders that you are

there whenever he needs you and that you are hurting too. It is so hard when

two people handle things so differently after suffering such a major loss, just

try to remember, you both are hurting and that you love each other. I know I

couldn't understand how Don acted like he had just moved on after our loss but

after finally gettting him to open up some he said he didn't like to talk about

it because it hurt but I needed to get things out sometimes. He always tries to

be the strong one who keeps everything inside and thinks he just has to take

care of me, you know? ....but he didn't understand my feelings at all. He

couldn't understand how one minute I would be ok and the next minute I was sad

or mad. I finally tried to explain I couldn't help the way my emotions came out

no more than he could control keeping his in. It was very hard. I really pray

you two make it through this, from all your previous posts he sounds like a

great guy, but he is just going through alot too right now. Like I said try to

remember how much you loved each other before your horrible loss and that your

love will create another beautiful baby in the future. Please take care of

yourself and remember, I am here anytime for you. Sorry, for rambling on so

much. I just want this to get better for the two of you.

Dear Keri,

I really am feeling much better. Earl is going to try to talk to his mom for me.

I don't think I should b/c I think she would just get defensive with me and I

don't want her to know that I'm mad - just that she's hurt my feelings.

I'm in class 7 hours per day right now and I also work and have to have study

time. The summer semester will be over in 4-5 weeks though. I'll have about a 2

week break and then I'll have to commute to a college 1 1/2 hours away. I should

be able to get all my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I hope it won't be

too bad.

How are you and Heath doing? Have you set a wedding date yet???

Carmen, I am glad to read that you are feeling better. I think that is good that

Earl is going to talk to his mom, you should let her know how you feel. Me and

Heath are better. We have an appointment with a counselor July 9. So at least he

is willing to try. I think our wedding is going to be in Sept. because my cousin

who is in the wedding lives in Oregon and that was the best time for her

to come down. Oh! and my dad just e-mailed me and told me that him and his wife

want to pay for all of it, so I am relieved of some stress. Yeah! I hope school

is going good. Take care. ----Keri

Keri, I just read your post and am happy to hear the good news....one, your dad

willing to pay for the wedding, that is a big relief for you two and very nice

of him!! Two, that you and Heath have decided to go to counseling, you two sound

like you have something special and have been through alot, I am glad Heath is

willing to go. I hope he is able to open up and heal. Good luck.

Keri,

That is great that Heath is going to counseling with you. That shows what a

great man he must be. I think most people who need counseling have too much

pride and they just let their relationship suffer.

You must be so excited about your wedding!!!! That's great that your family

will help pay for it. All mine would do was pay for my dress. Of course, I

was so mad I picked out a $1500 dress :)

I'm glad things are turning around for you.

Love,

Carmen

Keri,

Thanks for saying my dress was pretty. I hope I find someone as short as I am

one day to lend it to. It's a shame for it to only be worn once.

I haven't found out anything about my cyst because I haven't found a new dr.

Everytime I call my dr's office for something it's such an ordeal and I end

up crying and upset for 3 days, so I'm trying to find a new dr. I called 4

different dr's last Tuesday and not one has returned my call.

I am sure counseling will help Heath learn how to open up. Since he's willing

to go I know he will really benefit from it.

Are you asking if I was scared before the wedding?? I wasn't really - the

whole thing still seemed to good to be true. Our wedding was 5 months after

our first date!

Love,

Carmen

, I am so sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Yes, We are very glad my

dad has agreed to pay for the wedding. I am not sure I want to get married with

the way things are. Heath dosen't have a job, and I told him he needs to get one

to help me out, and he keep putting his family first, and it makes me feel like

this wedding is not that important, and I also wonder if I am always going to be

last, and his family first. We have our appointment with the counselor tonight.

So I am hoping some things will get cleared up. I feel like I am the only one

thinking about our future. Please keep us in your prayers.

How are you feeling? Are you finished with school?---Keri

Hey Keri, that is ok, I know you have alot on your plate right now. I hope the

counseling goes well for you two, it will take some time but like I said, that

is a very good sign that at least he is willing to go. Hopefully he will slowly

open up some. You know you two will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sometimes

those " rough patches " are very hard to get through. As for the family thing,

that is really hard. Of course he loves his family but you are now part of his

family and you should be considered equal. There is no real rush to get

married, so you will know when it is right. Don and I waited 4 years, so it

isn't a big deal....take your time and I am sure things will turn around.

Everyday stresses are hard on a relationship, let alone when something major

hits it, like a loss of a child....it will take time and work but you two will

be ok. He just has to open up.

I am done with classes for right now...(taking the rest of the summer off) I am

feeling alittle better than I had been. M/s really hit me the last several weeks

but I think (and hope!) it is subsiding, I have some good moments lately, which

is great.....hopefully, I will be getting out of it soon. Thanks for asking.

Take care and I will be thinking of you and Heath.

Amy r, yeah, I am glad Heath got a job, I just hope it works out. I finally

talked to my dad, I bought some things. I got my dress! Your right, about the

lap surgery, the more I think about it, I know it will be good for us. It is

still scary. ----Keri

Keri, I am excited to hear that you found your dress.

If you don't mind, maybe you could describe it for me.

I like hearing about those kinds of things.

About the lap surgery, I really don't know much about

it, but it sounds like a good idea to me.

Keri, I don't blame you for being alittle hesitant on being cut open again.

Anytime someone has something like that done, it is alittle scary. From what I

have heard, it is really not that bad (easy for me to say, huh?) Take your time

and decide what you want to do. What does Heath say about it? I am glad he is

trying, I think you two will be ok, you just have been having a " rough time. "

Hope his job goes well too. I will be thinking of you. Take care.
