Guest guest Posted January 10, 2004 Report Share Posted January 10, 2004 Sherry I use that Zicam spray it really works good .It amazed me but when i felt the flu coming on i used the zicam spray and i didnt get the flu GEO Headache Talking about headaches...I woke up with a humdinger...why? Because I am all stuffed up. I imagine I didn't get much oxygen last night. I used Flonase this am and took my meds..it is niw easing up. I used to get migraines a lot (when I was working) but since my retirement they have subsided. Mind you I also moved to Thunder Bay from Marathon so maybe that had something to do with it.
