Most likely you missed something as far as some sort of food allergy, etc..

This is not something you can just 'wing'. There's so much that is missed

when a westerner has to deal with their health. Anger, emotional baggage,

mental and spiritual (I mean meditative not relgious that doesn't

necessarily give you balance). The body naturally want to deal with things

itself. As far as stopping too soon it's always damaging to take

antibiotics. That's why you get a yeast infection when ya do.
