You can definately use your leftovers the next day! For any meal,

not just lunch! - use that leftover salmon in your eggs, or make

salmon salad for lunch! It will certainly cut down on your kitchen

time. As for meals that freeze well - I'm not sure about the SBD

book recipies, as I haven't tried too many of them, but for quick and

easy meals, you could grill a bunch of chicken and freeze it cooked.

Then you can take it out as your need it for stir frys or salads -

same goes for steak (cook it rare, so when you reheat it it will go

to medium) ground beef and even pork!
