It's instant powdered teas that are disallowed. I'm not sure what type is used in the Weight Smart vitamins, but imagine it might well be a dehydrated powder. Do you know what kind of coloring they use? According to Dr. Ain, One-a-Day Women's Formula is acceptable on the LID. Guest guest
Just wondered if anyone took a vitamin regimine to go along with there weight watchers. My doctor told me to take chromium picolinate as it helps in insulin absorbtion. I was wondering if anyone else had used this vitamin. I wanted to see if it was helpful at all, or possibly just a waste of time? Thanks Ginnie

Guest guest
ginnie, hi! i tried the chromium picolinate about 10 years ago....a friend had told me about it and said it was supposed to help lose weight. i can't really tell you if it works b/c i took it for about 2 weeks and i'm not even sure it was on a regular basis. i continued to eat the same things and i don't think i was truely serious about losing weight. (i weighed less than i do now...probably about 130...i'm 5'6) i think i quit taking it b/c i read someplace that the amount of that which is safe for your body isn't really known....and there wasn't anymore information listed on the bottle other than take one a day. i now know that if it sounds too good to be true it is. : ) but heck, they may know a lot more about what it does and how much is safe 10 years later...who knows. good luck! heidi 158/139/
Guest guest
I have actually had other allergy testing done and I do have some sensitivities, but no actual allergies is what they told me. I try to stay away from dairy as much as I can because I know that can influence the healing part and I do have a " sensitivity " to milk. They told me that the reason I have these are from over exposure, so once you take them out of your diet for awhile and then reintroduce them, you should be okay. The others are a lot of fruits and I can't remember what else. It wasn't anything real significant to me. But, I also had that done before I was diagnosed. Can the celiac mess up the results of that kind of testing? I still have so much to learn!!
