Hi ,

Thanks for your good wishes! We just returned from four days and three

nights at Hume Lake Christian Camp, where our homeschooling group had its first

winter camp/retreat. Hume is located in Kings Canyon National Park (in Sequoia

Park) -- a breathtakingly beautiful place that had just been graced with a

fresh dusting of snow. One of my sons, , and his new wife live and work

there, so we combined our winter camp with a great visit with the two of them.

It was a lot of fun and the kids have some great new life-memories, but it's

good to be home and back to NORMAL eating (meaning the WW way!)!! It's quite a

challenge to stay OP when faced with camp food and buffet lines!
