Guest guest
I was determined to go to my Weight Watchers meeting tonight no matter what the weather, since I missed last week due to snow. I am a big loser - I lost 5.8 pounds!!!! It was great to see the number on the scale drop like that. As I was getting dressed this afternoon (yes, sometimes I stay in my pajamas all day!) I pulled on my clothes right out of the dryer and my shirt is definitely too big. My jeans are there, too - I can take them off without undoing them. We got the Fast Track packet. I just had the workout video on the computer - it looks pretty good. I don't see myself following the food part. It's too few points for me, but I could use it and just add more points. I kinda like how it's laid out. I'm floating...I have less than 10 pounds to my 10%. This is the closest I've ever officially gotten. This time I will get there. I'm paid up through April 10. In our region we have a Season Pass that goes from the beginning of the year to April for $119. My best friend sent me money for WW for Christmas and I used it for the pass. He's the best cheerleader a person could have. There are 14 weeks in the pass plus 1 week. (Next week doesn't count for that.) In 15 weeks I'd like to lose 30 pounds. For my weight loss pattern that's an attainable goal. I need to do 4 things: 1. Journal everything. I've slacked off a bit lately. 2. Eat according to my Flex Points. 3. Exercise 4. Drink water. And I should add a number 5: Actively participate in this group. --- Debra Down 31.4 pounds
