Even Steffi talks about 'kids' in our house. It's definitely Grae's

preferred term and it's his colleague's 'kids' she usually refers to. I

don't know whether it's mine but it could be since she's still coming

out with it 7+weeks since she last saw her Dad!

I normally refer to them as 'children', and when we have articles submitted for

the newsletter I always change kid/s to child/ren. I do not have a house full

of baby goats - despite the fact that it looks that way!
