Guest guest
Krusteaz muffin mix is wonderful!! I love them all! I make up several boxes of them (when I find them on sale) and I freeze them. They are great to microwave for a 3pm snack attack! My all time favorite flavor is Cranberry Orange. Guest guest
According to the netgrocer website they are under new ownership, they acknowledge that they don't have all their products yet. I would e-mail them and ask them to carry it if you can't find it locally. In my area I couldn't find it for the longest time then a few months back a couple of the local chains started carrying it. BTW The name of it is Pan whipped peanut butter. Charlie ? about whipped peanut butter Does anyone know what happened to the whipped peanut butter that was at netgrocer.com? Thanks, Allyson P.S. Guest guest
I like the muffin mix too. I just saw a recipe that adds Fiber One cereal and extra blueberries which makes the muffins 1 point instead of 2. I might try that today. I think the extra bulk lets you make twice as many so that's why the points go down. Guest guest
I have also tried the pumpkin bread, Raspberry bars, pecan bars and they are great. There is a whole line of products. Moe
Guest guest
I think this is for me, if you're talking about the blueberry muffin recipe. Here it is: 3 cups Fiber One cereal 2 1/2 cups water 1 package Krusteaz fat free wild blueberry muffin mix 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup fresh blueberries Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak the cereal in the water for about 5-10 minutes. Add muffin mix and baking powder together. Fold in the drained canned blueberries (I think these come with the mix) and the fresh blueberries. Spoon into 18 muffin cups that have been coated with non stick spray. Bake for ??? minutes. Sorry about that. I just looked at my recipe and the printer cut off the number of minutes you're supposed to bake them for. I've never tried these but I printed the recipe out back in September because it looked good.
