Dale, I have the stretching stiffness to but no yawning. What happens to me

is my left leg shakes back and forth even when I sneeze. This is a form of

clonus I believe an alternating contraction and relaxation's. Stretching is the

same thing but it is stronger...............just my medical

opinion.......flora

I can't even get out of bed, it hits when I'm waking up. If it doesn't as

soon as I try to get out of bed it will do it and lock me in whatever

position I'm in!

arch then learned if i stretch not pointing the toe the arch wouldnt get a cramp

as for the stretching in morning after waking i just lay there and stretch and

yawn for about a minute then stretch again while standing next to the bed making

Hi Dale!

Yes, I've had the problem with stretching out in bed in the

morning. My legs tend to lock up and I can feel a cramp trying to

form. It's frustrating alright! At that point I get out of bed

because standing up and putting weight on my legs is the only thing

that stops the cramps from forming. As for the yawning, I haven't

had that problem.

But Geo, it's like I said, it's totally involuntary, hits very quickly, and

hits the whole body, legs, feet, toes, arms, hands, body, mouth... The

mouth is held open so hard that I have to watch when it's done, I have had

my mouth slam shut so hard I was worried I would chip a tooth, luckily I

have to ware a teeth guard...
