Guest guest
Can anyone help me? Every time I install a new computer program my email won't open. I usually have to uninstall the program in order to get my email. Any suggestions on how this might be corrected? Thanks, Donna

Guest guest
What are you installing? Some programs mess with your mail program... And when you say email won't open, what really is happening. If this has already been answered, just ignore ;-) dale Computer - I need help > Can anyone help me? Guest guest
Thanks Dale, I got the mail fixed, but I installed a Norton Anti- Virus update and I keep getting pop up renewals. My puter isn't recognizing the updates and it pops up all the time now. I have a popup blocker, but it isn't stopping the renewal pop-up. Donna > What are you installing? Guest guest
Well that is one you want to keep popping up, so you remember to renew! With Norton that is kind of important! If you have problems bring up web pages, the popup blocker could be the problem. Some pages won't come up now without the popup coming up first... dale Computer - I need help > > > > > > > Can anyone help me?
