As fro the diet pepsi as long as you are getting your water and it doesn't cause you to gain or not loose then drink away. Me personally I can't stand diet drinks ;o) YUCKY!!! Sounds like you are doing much better stay positive believe it or not we are here to help you. -- Sue Huls 214/188.5/175 (mini goal) 3/9/
Guest guest
Congratulations, Debbie, it sounds like you are getting the hang of it now. I never gave up my diet Pepsi/Coke and that was never a problem for me. If it doesn't seem to cause you a problem, don't worry about it. Protein Power would even let you count it as part of your liquid intake for the day. The same with the coffee I believe. Different things work differently for everybody that's why a lot of posts say YMMV, your mileage may vary. The one hint I would give you is that cream and salad dressing both have carbs. The serving size is usually so small that they don't have to count them, and if you stick to a single serving size, you will be okay, but check the USDA database for actual carb counts if you are having several single servings a day, or at a time, because that could cause you some problems, even though you were okay by the nutritional label.
