Guest guest
Welcome home, Vickie. Hope you didn't overdo things at your daughter's house. When do you start the Methx.? I know you've told us, but I forget. I really hope you have good results. It will probably take a couple weeks to notice a difference. Guest guest
Thanks Lynn! You made me laugh! And really, if it is that important it gets done and if it isn't it can wait! Vickie I know, Vickie, I know how you feel...we all do! You realize you have so much to do...you know, the Type A personality. And then, pow, this disease hits and that which needs to get done doesn't. And nothing really bad happens...so y'know what? It mustn't have been that important after all. Puts stuff into perspective, y'know? Guest guest
Hi All, I haven't been posting much lately, but I do read the digests. Love all the recipes - even though I'm not that much of a cook! Just wanted to post that as of this morning I have lost 15 pounds on SB! I don't remember exactly when I started but I have been going down steadily. My goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds. And I am not suffering in any way! I think of all the crappie stuff I am not eating - sugar - desserts, cookies, cake, candy bars, ice cream, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, Black Russians (!) and that I don't miss them at all. Unbelievable. I know the next 15 won't go as easily as the first 15 but still, I HAVE LOST 15 POUNDS! Wow.
