I was envisioning holding them in the oil by the stick, but thinking

that over, I realize I'd probably cook the skin off my fingers at the

same time.

Maureen,

My deep fat fryer is not deep enough to fry them on a stick. It might work

since that is how I remember the one person I watched at a carnival type

place frying them in their commercial fryer.

The kids ate one each and my 4 year old doesn't eat much. I served tater

tots with them and they thought they were getting quite a trip.

Gluten Free makes me feel good and it taste good too!
