Has anyone made the Whole Wheat Bread recipe in the

orange SBD cookbook? I noticed the directions don't

say to let the bread rise in the loaf pans before

baking. I thought that was weird, and I just wanted

to hear any other experiences with this particular

bread. Thanks!
