Hmm....thought I gave one! LOL Well, I was a member of this group

about this time last year. Mail volume was too big for me, but now

I think I can handle it.

I live in the Bay Area. I started this WOE last January. Lost from

188 down to 164 by Mother's Day. Stopped exercising and slowly

gained back up to 182. Ended the year at 179.5.

So, here I go...hoping the big mail volume and support of this group

will help me not do that again!
