Do you find that the people who say these things tend to

be overweight themselves?

Yep, yep, and yep! I have one customer that repeatedly puts me down during

my weight-loss endeavors! She says its making me look older, my features are

getting pointy, she doesn't have enough time to drink water because she has a

" real " job and a schedule (like I don't .... I own/manage a beauty salon 3 days

a week and make my own line of bath & beauty products in my spare time, have

a husband, home, 5 dogs, 4 cats, 4 cockateils, a parrot, am working hard to

keep healthy food prepared ahead, and exercise, etc., etc., etc., etc. ....)

..... she makes me sooooooo mad .... and she's huge! I think she's just jealous

and sees me as " leaving her behind! " Each week I tell myself to " prepare for

her and don't let her get to you! " .... almost every week, I blow it and fall

into her trap and leave the shop feeling yukky!

Lets just remember that we're working hard, we have a goal in mind, we're

sticking to it, we're feeling AND LOOKING better (not worse or older) .... and

everyone who disagrees with us .... well, its not even about them! :)

Happy Holidays All! (~.~)
