What the heck are lime peanuts?

Well, I got on the scale this morning and was down 193.5, so I've lost 1/2 pound since Monday, and that's with eating very late last night, a chicken salad.

Today I did good. I had water water and water... and eggs, bacon, cheese, lettuce, a little bit of tomatoes, a handful of lime peanuts, coffee and water. Not done yet either, just haven't made dinner yet. Was busy busy all day til about 4:30 I think...

How'd everyone else do???

Kari, You did awesome!!! And down 1/2# too. CONGRATS...ok today...was not too good for me....no breakfast...still raining so no walk outside, didn't have as much time to get to the gym before my lunch meeting...went to Pizza Hut for lunch...ate one piece of pizza and REAL rootbeer with SUGAR...had a large glass of water to start with....I was famished at that point....sat there an hour drank water mostly...more water when I got home...chicken breasts for supper and two vegetarian hotdogs...1 gm CHO each. and MORE WATER...so I will start better tomorrow. have to go and get ice and pop and good grief...that one silly piece of pizza set up cravings like I cannot believe. I walked the dog tonight for an hour...probably 1 1/2 miles. We stop and work while we walk. He is a big dog so I really have to crank on him sometimes. It is pretty exhausting...so yes, I got lots of exercise...more than the dog...LOL TOMORROW IS INDUCTION PERIOD!!!!!

Oh me too on the induction. I need to stop this binge in its tracks. I WILL drink lots of water and eat lots of protein.

Well, if you would have just had that slice alone w/a diet coke, you could have rebounded from the carb binge by eating nothing but fat and protein when you got home. Make a deal with yourself to NEVER drink regular soda again to being with. It's just not worth it when you get all that sugar...

I'm doing well. My workouts are going well as is my eating. I started

taking l-glutamine about a month ago. This has really helped my cravings

for chocolate. My vacation really helped me with my stress. Everything

seems possible now. This is a very good thing!

I agree with Kari....I don't do strictly low carb anymore, but I NEVER have a regular soda (I am the one that everybody laughs at a BK when I say a Whopper, Fries and a Diet Coke please)...(just kidding....I HARDLY EVER go to BK!!!). I don't even like the taste anymore.

Kari, When you are right...YOU ARE RIGHT!!!! It totally went over my head, which does not work when I have had sugar. I can handle wine...no that is *whine* better....LOLOL
