I used the Chebe all purpose mix to make my crust. while the rest of the family liked the crust I would have preferred something with less of an overpowering taste. I liked the fact that it was a thin and crispy crust. Anyone got a good GFCF thin and crispy, pizza crust recipe for me? Here's the recipe for the Pizza I made today. eggplant mayo (I grilled one large eggplant, peeled and pureed it with 3 baked garlic cloves. then I mixed it with 3/4 cup of mayo and some salt and pepper) - this makes enough for two large pizzas Grilled veggies: I used red and orange peppers, slices of baby eggplants, slices of zucchini and yellow squash, slices or portabello mushrooms, slices of red onion and sliced baby corn. I baked the pizza crust and then spread it with the eggplant mayo. then I topped it with the grilled veggies and lots of fresh basil and baked it. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted.
