Guest guest
Hi Betsy, You probably did introduce yourself and I just missed it. What is the WOE you mentioned? I don't know that abbreviation. I have a married son who lives in Pleasant Hill....do you know the area? I'm in southern California, about an hour north of L.A. It's nice to have more Californians in the group! Bette
Guest guest
Hi Bette, WOE = Way of Eating WOL = Way of Life Better words than the " D " word. LOL Yes, Pleasant Hill is about 30 minutes up the road from me. I guess he's told you about this storm we are having! WOW! It has packed a punch! Makes me want to just hibernate and my body just wants to store some fat for the winter. I'm trying to convince it that there is PLENTY of food and shelter, so it can just release the fat and I'll be plenty nourished and warm. Nice to meet a fellow Californian too! Guest guest
Bette. We live about 130 miles north of Los Angeles and head to Lancaster/Palmdale for doctor visits, etc. We love to shop at Costco and Trader Joes in Palmdale. Been having earthquakes here in Ridgecrest. Just felt a 3.2 one last night around 1 a.m. Also, been really cool here so we have a nice fire in the fireplace tonight. > Hi Betsy, snippage...
