It just seems that from what I have read, patients with long term disease (like mine) generally start on either IV or 2 drug combinations. Since my doc is not well versed in AP either, I'm just trying to figure out where would be the best starting point to receive the maximum benefit. You all have been a tremendous help. Thank You!!
