To reduce calories use reduced calorie hamburger buns (this wasn't

used in the nutritional anaylis) or eat half the " regular " bun. Also,

we like to eat this warm on buns or even plain with a side dish.

Really yummy and fairly healthy.

2 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone, R-T-C

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary -- crushed

1 teaspoon Montreal Chicken Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

4 hamburger buns

Mix spices in a shallow dish. Coat chicken with spices. Chicken can be

cooked on the stove in a pan coated with spray or cooked on the grill.

Cook each side, flipping while cooking, until no longer pink inside

and juices run clear.

To Freeze: Allow chicken to cool. Slice meat on the diagonal to create

wide slices. Seal, label and freeze.

To Serve: Meat should be frozen when sandwich is made. The meat will

thaw by lunchtime.
