Guest guest
To reduce calories use reduced calorie hamburger buns (this wasn't used in the nutritional anaylis) or eat half the " regular " bun. Also, we like to eat this warm on buns or even plain with a side dish. Really yummy and fairly healthy. * Exported from MasterCook * Montreal Chicken Sandwiches Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chicken Make-Ahead Sandwiches Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone, R-T-C 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary -- crushed 1 teaspoon Montreal Chicken Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 4 hamburger buns Mix spices in a shallow dish.
