Guest guest
Wow Fay! I lost my husband 10 months ago, that's really why I lost weight. I couldn't put food in my mouth for 7 days! Good luck on the weight gain and the healthy way you are doing it. Suzy-Q
Guest guest
Fay, All the best to you and the little ones. Stay positive for them, if not for you... Take care and go slow, I'm sure in a few months time, this will all just be a memory. And, although I'm sure I'm not the first person to say, but celebrate your daughters life and the preciouse gifts she left to you, rather than focusing on her tragic death, and the loss of " your " baby.... I realize that this is easier said than done, and pray that I never have to know how hard this actually is... I'll keep you in my prayers and the little ones... Guest guest
Hi everyone. My name is I am 24 years old. I live in Columbus GA with my husband of 4.5 years and our 2 children (3 years and 4.5 months).I am trying the south beach diet because I am desperate to lose the weight I have gained after two children. I am looking to lose about 30 lbs. I hope this diet can help me. I am starting officially tomorrow morning, and I need some ideas of what things to pick up at the grocery store. Can anyone help me? I am a very picky eater but I love chicken and lots of broccoli and cauliflower.
Guest guest
Risha - the leap is definitely worth it. But it does take time. And it's better than dieting, because it's not something you get off of, as far as I'm concerned. I mean there might be moments, but once you learn the idea, it stays with you, like a language. The first couple weeks were really difficult, so I understand what you're going through. It takes a lot of courage to start intuitive eating, because we have to let go of what we know. But I think the leap is worth it! > > Hi everyone im new here! I dont have any experience with yahoo groups so im trying to navigate around.
