Guest guest
Try gymnema sylvestre and GTF chromium. You can get chromium at the drug store but may need to go to a health food store for gymnema sylvestre. Supposed to help regenerate beta cells and help with blood sugar. Also, don't just low carb. Go high fat with nuts and olive oils, etc. This has worked for me. Barb > > > > I owuld suggest either getting a script of Metformin and trying > that , > > exercise! Guest guest
I would say to get a doctor to prescribe Metformin. It is the most commonly prescribed med to help reduce blood sugar. You can also try things such as ALA (ALpha Lipoic Acid) Fish oil and Cinnamon which are all supposed to help lower glucose. Read labels carefully. Sugar Free is a cheat that doesnlt work! MOst sugar free items I have seen and tried have actually hurt my sogar more than their sugar filled counterparts! Look carefully for corn syrup, and other sweeteners that are just as bad for glucose as sugar is. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
