Guest guest Posted May 24, 2001 Report Share Posted May 24, 2001 A wee while ago, I remember someone saying they hadn't had any luck making cream work with tea. I've found the answer. Dilute the cream with a little cold water and pour the boiling tea (or water and teabag) onto the dilute cream. This stops it both curdling and scalding.
