Guest guest
Hi everyone, Has anyone ever made a grated zucchini pizza crust on this site? Long story but someone I kind of know mentioned that she makes these for her kids and they love them (non gf kids). I tried to get the recipe from her but she said she didn't really have one... she's a good cook so she said she grates zucchini, adds egg and parmesan and bakes it as a crust then tops it with whatever. I googled it and came up with one recipe but thought I would ask the experts. Sounds good huh? A lot cheaper than buying the rice crusts anyway. Also... I remember someone mentioned sylvanborder farms as a good place to get a choc cake mix... has anyone tried their all purpose flour? their shipping is pretty expensive so I wanted to see if anyone bought stuff from them and what they thought. and ... lastly... anyone heard of f's? It's a line of baked goods from Brooklyn... just wondering if anyone tried their products and what they thought. Thanks as usual. And... just wanted to say that this group has been a true Godsend for me since Mattie was diagnosed (6 weeks ago). When people ask me how it's going... I honestly can say great. And... I swear the reason why is because I am so much more informed and comfortable with going GF for him because I have learned so much from here. I don't belong to any other groups online so I credit all my knowledge to you people! And... for all the newbies like me.. as I read the daily digest on email I cut and paste all of the suggestions on products or recipes or flour mixes onto a separate document for future reference. I find that if I don't I would have difficulty finding it in the posts so I just make sure I do it then. Sounds little a silly suggestion but I found it helpful. that's it... sorry to ramble as usual. sally
