Best to ya...Kallie Yeah it sucks! Last night I took a vicodin I had left over from the surgery. Unfortunately it didn't seem to help, so 3 hours later I took another one and then, like an idiot, forgot and took a third one. (The dosage is two every 4-6 hours, so I didn't overdose.) I generally take half dosages of things because I hate feeling out of control. Well " Wheeeeeeee " I was high as a kite for awhile last night! But the good thing is, I relaxed enough and slept well enough that this morning it was substantially better. It still hurts and I couldn't run today, but I rowed and lifted and even did crunches (with the support of the ball and very very carefully). I think it'll be fine. I hate it, though, when I'm all pumped about some new exercise regime I've set for myself and something happens to set it back. My goal now is, once the back is healed, to do the biking and running combo at least twice a week. Then I'll do long runs on the alternate days and lift weights.
