Guest guest
I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy yesterday. The pain under my arm is more than expected. It hurts to move my left arm much. Am I more likely to get lymphedema if I don't move it much.
Guest guest
Its hard for anyone to say who will and who will not get lymphedema. Some ladies have it right away some never get it. Its almost 16 yrs for me and I just have very slight swelling at times. Hardly noticeable. Call and talk to the dr. I would say don't over do with it but use it a little. However I am NOT a dr and its always best to check with him. I will keep you in my prayers. Guest guest
-Hi, After my lumpectomy I moved it a little too much. I ended up with a large himatoma under my left arm. Nothing was done about it because the doctor said my body would just absorb the blood. It's been 18 months and it is still tender. So please take it easy and don't do too much.
