You can whip it up and add some Atkins sugar-free syrup to it for a

dessert-like thing. You can have it in coffee or Swiss Miss Diet Hot

cocoa (if you can afford the carbs.) I use it in eggs, and I have an

awesome quiche recipe that I use heavy cream and mayo in to make it rich

and yummy! I'm sure others can think of more ways to use it!

you can put it in your decaf or tea...................

Add splenda and put it into a rootbeer mug freeze then, add diet

rootbeer for a rootbeer float

whip it up with some splenda and put on top of jello or if after

induction on top of fresh strawberries
