Hi , sounds like you are ready to start your weight loss

plan. When I started, I was at 221 and it seemed like I would never

even get out of the 2's. I am down to 158.8 now. I began my WW

journey on Oct 23/02. It took me longer than many would, but as I

kept coming down, it made me want to work at it even harder. Of

course there were wks that I had no losses at all, and I have had my

slips. But feeling so alive again and doing all the old things, and

enjoying myself keeps me going strong. I always did mine in 10 pound

losses, I just couldnt wait to step into a new lower number. So don't

let your high weight number get to you, before you know it, you will

be below the 3's and then look out eh!

Sometimes it is fun, and sometimes it seems like such hard work. But

you will get lots of answers to any questions you have and sometimes

just that needed pat on the back too. In weight loss we all have a

starting point, and it doesn't matter where it is, it's just as hard

to lose 20 or 50 or 100 pounds, because it all requires patience and

our willpower to do it.

Keep posting and let us know how your doing....PS: I bought the WW

calculator also and I love having it when I shop, its so easy to

figure the points for something new. Fits in the section of my wallet

just like a cheque book..neat..

~Best to you~ ....Kallie
