Becca, thanks for answering my question twice. I

can't believe they said that it was " just the

chemicals working. " The line is still there, so I am

going to go in to the doc as soon as they open up

whether they are ready for me or not. Thanks again.

will continue at least throughout your first trimester...not constantly, but

Amy R. Thanks for telling me that. I feel it just

slightly and I keep getting nervous. Unfortunately,

the doctor is not in today, and so I have to wait

until tomorrow afternoon to get the results. I had

the blood work done this morning, but she has to

review it before they call me. I am trying to do

anything I can to keep my mind busy. Tomorrow

afternoon seems like an eternity. I guess I can wait.

Thanks again,

Oh, how wonderful!!! I'm just catching up on the posts, and I saw

your news! I'm sure you had a beta this am--I'm hoping for great

results! We've been cycle buddies for a few months, and now we are

pg buddies too! I knew you'd be able to cancel that RE appt!

Take care,

Congrat's to you Sweetie... I just read your post. I'm a little (well, a

lot) behind on mail, so I'm hoping there is more from you further down. But,

I want you to know that you'll be in my prayers!

You mean we all have to wait to hear the numbers?! Ahhhhh! :) I am sure

they are going to be great and will be well worth waiting for....and then

you will get to do some more waiting, alot more waiting...say about 9 months

worth, give or take a week or two!! ;)

DeeAnn, that is kind of neat- cycle buddies. I haven't canceled my appointment

yet. I am waiting for the beta results tomorrow. Kind of silly, but I want the

blood work first. That still gives me enough time to cancel.

Was your first beta a 42? What was your second?

1st beta=42 (cd 27), 2nd beta= 164 (2 days later), 3rd beta= 1400

(4 days later). The drs mainly look for doubling every 2-3 days. If

there's less than a 66% increase over 2 days, that's what shows

something may be off (though even that is not definitive). Sending

you some doubling vibes. x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2

Take care,

DeeAnn

p. s. I almost wish I had kept the re appt--I think they might be

more sensitive in early pg to women who've had eps. Too bad I'd

probably have to pay 50% fo IF treatment, even though I'm pg :)

Well put!!!!

laura M

I know how it is going crazy waiting to know! They did not even want

to do another beta, and wanted me to wait til 8/17 for u/s. I stood

up and acted as my own advocate, and they did another beta this am and

will do u/s tomorrow afternoon!!! If you let them know you're

worried, and remind them of your history, I'm sure they'll accomodate

you! Take care, and be sure to get plenty of rest, mommy!

Hey a!

Congrats on the baby Zoya!! Did you have to have a c-section? My baby has

been breech for the past two ultrasounds. I have been seeing a Chiropractor

to see if she will budge, but if not I would have to have a c-section b/c

with it being my first baby and with the partial SU still intact no one

wants to deliver her breech. If you had a c-section what was it like? How

has the recovery been?

Thanks!

Hi -

Thanks so much. Zoya did end up turning into the head down position

around week 29 or 30, so in the end I didn't need the C-section.

Apparently I was the first MA pregnancy at our hospital this year

(or at least in some time) that didn't require a C-Section due to

breech position - everyone was quite surprised she turned. If she

hadn't have turned it would definitely been a C-Section for me as

well. Despite the vaginal delivery my recovery was pretty slow due

to hemorraging, anemia, retained placenta etc., - my advice to help

with recovery is to take all the offers of help you can, esp. for

food!

One month to go! Can't wait to hear all about Viviana and see

pictures if possible!! Best of luck with turning her and with the C-

section if you have to go that route.

Take care,

a

Just wanted to chime in that Layci is UD and only has one cervix, so

I know it's possible, just rare.
