Legal Chocolate Syrup

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup Splenda

1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa.

Put ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil

stirring very often while it cooks using a spring-type

French whip. (Or use a wooden spoon and work harder) Pour

into a pint jar, cover and cool. Two tablespoons of this

will sweeten and flavor (dark) 12-16 oz glass of milk.
