Guest guest
I know that this just came up over the past day or so, since I'm not sleeping with 2.5 of Iso before bed, I tried 5 at bed. It might have worked, but it caused me to have to get up to urinate twice in the two hours after I took it ans then I woke up early anyway. I believe that Val said that that was indicative of low aldosterone? I'm having that tested Monday too. What are the consequences of being low aldosterone, other than urinating a lot when taking HC? Thanks,
Guest guest
Aldosterone has to do with the sodium and potassium balance in the body and as sodium is crucial to the health of adrenals it can make all the difference in the world in healing them. Low aldosterone means your body loses more sodium than it shuild and even drinking sea salt is often not enough ot keep it replenished. It also has alot to do with blood vellel tension though the info I have found about this is scant and not well understood. Aldosterone also supports the BP and will help you maintina a normal BP. Theeye light test is particualrly sensitive for aldosterone propblems. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
