When I wrote that I realized that I was guilty of not just speaking

for myself, and almost changed it to " Do ME a favor " . I decided to

leave it however because this isnt a neutral XA debating list - this

is specifically 12-step-free. Pro XA viewpoints are nauseatingly

easily available all over the place. Even supposedly neutral forums,

like about.com's Alcoholism forum are totally XA dominated, and even

one's with a sincere remit to be neutral get completely swamped by

them. I might even permit them on 12-step-questioners as that list is

not 12-step-free. If you want to get these views you'll have

absolutely no difficulty getting them elsewhere. I know of no other

list which is like this, even the one that I myslef created. The

12sf list guidelines specifically say we should be able to say our

thing without being " corrected " by the steppers, and that was why I

dcided to use the plural. Having said that, I accept that I don't

actually have a right to make a comment like that and I withdraw it.

I only have a right to express my personal dissatisfaction with such

posts and to appeal to Ken regarding them if I wish to do so.
