Sorry Donna, it's not legal, sugar content about 4%. use a dry wine with a little saccahrin or honey. Carol F. SCD 4yrs, Celiac

Guest guest
Maybe that is what I need to do. Start drinking wine. I never drink anything. Do you think it might help? I wonder if Plum wine is allowed, that is about the only wine that I have actually liked the last of. I order it once in a blue moon when I go out for Japanese. Re: South Beach and Herbalife You can have wine and hard liquor after Phase 1, so your alcoholconsumption can continue, just in a different form.-- Ann

Guest guest
Dang-I thought it would since many times when I order wine at a restaurant.............I barely touch my food........I just lose interest in eating. Figures that Plum wine isn't on the SB ok list, seems like everything I want isn't compliant with SB. Re: WINE question >Maybe that is what I need to do. Start drinking wine. I never drink>anything. Fruit wines are much sweeter than grape wines. I'd go reaaallllyy easy on the fruit wines. Check the label as well to see if there is any added sugar. Sometimes there is. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@...
