Guest guest Posted May 1, 2001 Report Share Posted May 1, 2001 DO NOT cook it. Robin did that and it gets all slimy. Pour 1/4 cup in a bowl. Add a little less than 1/4 cup liquid. I do mostly water and a little cream. Add splenda to taste. I like it with a little vanilla in it. You probably won't like it the first time, but have it again the next day. You will develop a taste for it and may even come to look forward to your flax. It sure does keep you regular on this woe.
