Diane, your post is perfectly timed. With the holidays here, it is difficult.

(I'm speaking from pure experience, ahem.) No one is perfect, and not everyone

is able to work the plan perfectly. Although I preach this being a serious

group, accidents and slips do happen. (Experience speaking again, ahem.) What a

great post.

Slips happen, and when they do, try to figure out what happened and how to avoid

it next time. Get right back on plan!

Being serious doesn't necessarily mean being perfect, but close to it. Using

our brains, which is 95% of the weight-loss battle, imho, is the way to win.
