Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just want to let you all know that i got through today, even though there is tons of chocolate cake and various other things around. I'm actually not hungry. I only used up half my points today. I'm very anxious about some things going on with my kids. Nothing bad- just stressful. What do i do now- I know that I have to eat my points. Should I have a couple weight watcher snack bars- even though I am not feeling hungry at all? Can I just skip it today and hope I'm hungry tomorrow? I'm glad that you are all here to talk to. This is very very hard for me. Deb
Guest guest
Hi Deb! I say, if you're not hungry, why eat? Some people would disagree with me on that, but why stuff yourself and make yourself uncomfortable? I hope everything with your kids goes well, whatever it is! Good luck to you!!! in OKC <>< 238/219.2/215/165 > Hi everyone, > I just want to let you all know that i got through today, even though there > is tons of chocolate cake and various other things around. Guest guest
I'm a believer that if you're not hungry you shouldn't eat. A while back some folks on the 50+ board gave me some good ideas for getting in all your points without stuffing yourself because I was having the same challenge. The best one (I thought anyway) that I hadn't considered was using some " regular " products on occaision instead of light/fat free. So maybe lowfat yogurt instead of fat free. Same with milk. Hope everything turns out okay with your kids too. Guest guest
I agree, if you are full do not eat just " because " . None of us will starve to death because of one low point day. I say Bravo to YOU for listening to your body! Guest guest
Thanks Laurie, I'm still not hungry today. Cereal and milk is the only thing that is appealing. First hurdle over with one kid- but i'm still so anxious- I actually prefer this. I'm not going overboard with junk right now. Usually I can't control myself.
