Guest guest
Thanks Lona, I wonder how much of this info is good for those of us that have had the I-131 to ablate our thyroids? I know, different in some ways, but the same in others. Guest guest
Hi Barbara, I don't know about your state, but in VA there is a 2 year statute of limitations for filing a malpractice suit. Might want to check into that first.... God bless,

See health > links. > Hi Lona, This is my second e-mail to u today re lawyers. Earlier i said i would check with my son who is an attorney. I asked him about a class action. This can be used by people from different states. What it means is the plaintiff must be the representative of the class action. The other people that are involved are the class that have the same problems. I believe also similar problems. Let me know your thoughts about this. Guest guest
Barbara, I feel very bad for you if radiation has caused severe problems for you, I don't know your case. Is it radiation in general that hurt you, or is it mistreatment by a doctor for your particular problems that hurt you? I am new to the group. Guest guest
Barbara, Your story is sad and frightening. I hope you are able to get better, and they find what is causing all your problems, whether the RAI caused it or it is something different. There are so many auto-immune diseases that we now have too look toward, because once you have one, you are at much greater risk to get another, and I am sure getting radiated doesn't help those chances. Is there something else you may have that will account for your non-Graves Disease problems? It seems clear there isn't a really sure, safe way to treat Graves Disease yet.
