I was put on the Lamictal for myoclonus. It also reduced cramping and pain.

Dear Laurie,

Thanks for posting about your use of Lamictal. I think I do remember

that you are on that med.

NMR: I know that your son is getting married in April. My older daughter

is, also. Rose will be marrying Warren on April 26th, and the

wedding will have many Chinese touches, as Warren is Chinese.

My younger daughter married Drew in September.

What busy times! Hope all is going smoothly on your end.

Sincerely,

The wedding plans are on track. The wedding is April 12th. It will be a very

small wedding with a definite Irish flavor.

Don't over-do in getting ready for yours.

Dear Laurie,

Thanks for telling me about the Lamictal. Now I remember that you have

mentioned that med, and that you have had good luck with it.

Gratefully,

My son, who is 17, is on it, and has been since he was 14. He does

extremely well with it.

I just wanted to mention that Lamictal has helped me a lot as well and luckily I have had no adverse affects from it. I started out at 25 mg's a day for several days and I was gradually increased to 200 mg's a day and then since I've been here I was increased from 300 and then 400 mg's very recently.

Good luck if you're going on it!! Keep us posted.
