Guest guest
Hey you two--- Don't fool around with temps and vomiting. Make sure you're not having a flare up. I am worried about you esp with young children to take care of. Guest guest
Thanks Gloria! I don't think I am doing quite as badly as ! Poor thing! At least I am keeping everything down! I went for Blood cultures on last Tuesday and haven't heard back, so I am guessing that they came back okay. I go in for a chest x-ray this week too. I am feeling sorry for myself today, so having you all here to care, and listen, makes me feel good I'm feeling icky and my husband has the " shake it off " attitude, and my Mom lately has just been trying to " one-up " me when I talk about feeling bad. I got REALLY mad at the world this morning, 'cuz I wasn't feeling like I had any support. (The last time this happened I ended up in the Hospital, but..... what else can I do?) If I am still feeling bad Monday, I will call the Neph and see if I can get in to see my local Dr. Re: I caught something and Hey you two--- Don't fool around with temps and vomiting. Guest guest
Hi , I know what you mean about feeling alone with your illness. I have been there myself and am still going through it. Husbands don't seem to know what we need under normal circumstances, never mind a chronic illness, but in this case I think they are just trying to protect themselves from the reality of it! When this happens, I just say " I need a hug " and when I get it, it really helps Most of the time though, we just need to grin and bear it! Everyone, including us, wants this disease to go away. That's what this group is all about - providing those (((((hugs))))). Hang in there!
