Guest guest
This is great news about smoking no more. It is not easy to quit I am sure, but to try is great. I smoked and I don't like to tell people that because I can't believe I did it. I don't believe I was a heavy smoker. I quit cold turkey and did not want a cigarrette at all. I guess I did not smoke that much to not want one. I am glad I quit. I don't like the smell of the smoke at all. Good luck, Cyrella
Guest guest
I'm the same way Cyrella.....however, I was a 2 pack a day smoker and I quit cold turkey..now....I can't stand the smell of it....it's been about 11 years. I gave up having coffee/caffeine daily a long time ago...but I still treat myself on Saturday mornings to a Starbucks nonfat latte on my way to work. Now....if they could only come up with a 12 step program for Cheeze Its! _____ From: Enjoyurdaysmile@...
