Hi Moe, Here ya go.... these are delicious and EASY to make! Be careful --

one cookie is indeed 0 points. But 4 cookies equal 2 points (see the

breakdown following the recipe). Let me know if you make them and like them!!

Chocolate Chip Puffs

POINTS® value | 0

Servings | 48

4 egg white(s)

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

3/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 275F. Coat baking sheets with Pam. Place egg whites and cream

of tartar in medium mixing bowl. Insert Whisk attachment into mixer. Start at

Speed 1 and gradually increast to Speed 9. Whip until soft peaks form, about

2 minutes.

Sprinkle sugar 1 T at a time over egg whites and beat on 7 after each

addition until stiff peaks form and mixture is shiny but not dry, about 3

minutes.

Using a rubber spatula, gently fold mini chocolate chips into meringue

mixture. Drop mixture by rounded tspfuls 1 inch apart onto baking sheets. Bake

until

set and just lightly browned, about 40 minutes. Variation: Substitutue 1/3 c

mini M & Ms for the choc chips.
